Message from the President

Again this season, Norwin Soccer Club will be implementing a volunteer fee policy.  It will work in the same manner as it did in the previous seasons. Families that have only players in Tiny Kickers will be exempt from the fee.  Due to new regulations by the PA West Soccer Association, Norwin Soccer will now require all players to provide a copy of their birth certificate with their registration.  This only refers to players who did not provide a copy of their birth certificate in the Fall 07 or Spring 08 seasons. If you register on-line, you will need to mail the copy of the birth certificate to:

Attention: Important Coaching Information

Anyone interested in coaching is required to complete the PAWest Volunteer certification for Risk Management or show proof of current Act 33/34 clearances.  The certification can be completed at www.pawest-soccer.org. The link is found under the coaches Risk Management section. This form should be submitted with your registration form.  Signing up to coach does not constitute acceptance by the age group coordinator, it is only a method of expressing your interest and a way to obtain contact information and necessary security information about potential coaches.   All coaching decisions will be made by the appropriate age group coordinator based on the number of coaches needed and the quality/experience of the individual.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing specifying the player's name, date of birth, name and address the refund should be made out to. Requests should include a copy of the cancelled check or a copy of the cash receipt received from registration. The postmark on your envelope will determine the date of your request. Requests made before the official start of the season will be entitled to a refund minus a $15.00 processing fee.

Requested made after the official start of the season will not be eligible for a refund except in the case of a player who is unable to participate due to unforseen medical reasons. In the case of medical reason, a doctors excuse will be necessary and credit for the next season may be given in lieu of a refund.

Full Refunds of registration amount will be given if an age group is cancelled by the appropriate age group coordinator.
